Back in May, LG denied that the Nexus 5 would be built by them. Though now a Vietnamese website reports that it’s going to be loosely based on LG G2.
The Nexus 5 is expected to feature a 1080p display which has similar screen size as the LG G2, 1.9Ghz quad core Snapdragon CPU, 2GB of RAM, 3000 mAh battery and should be the first smartphone to carry Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. Hopefully, this is true and we will see a bigger improvement to the operating system. Previous updates didn’t come with many new things and we are expecting Key Lime Pie to be something totally new.
Previously, LG denied Google’s Nexus 5 would be built by LG. Then there have been rumors that the next Nexus would be based on Motorola X. Now it seems LG is back in contention. With the 5th anniversary of Android drawing near, we don’t have to wait long until we see the Nexus 5, and most probably, Key Lime Pie too.
