Download iOS 7 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch
Apple has released the final version of iOS 7 to the public. The wait is over, as the final version of iOS 7 is finally here. This time Apple’s iOS has been completely revamped from the ground-up with tons of new features and completely new design.
Before rushing in to download iOS 7, make sure you backup your data so you do not lose important information. This is a must before any upgrade, so don’t forget to backup.

Install iOS 7

Over The Air (OTA) Update
This method is very simple. On your iDevice, go to Settings > General > Software Update. There, you should be able to see iOS 7 is available. Click on the download and install button.
Your iDevice should start downloading iOS 7. It will take quite some time for this process, so be patient and make sure your iDevice is connected to a power source.
Plug into iTunes
You can also plug in your iDevice into your computer via USB and do the update through iTunes. A message would popup notifying that a new version of iOS 7 is available for your iDevice. Click on the download and install button.
Once your iDevice started downloading iOS 7, it will take quite some time, so you do have to be patient.
